Rosa is the manager of the center where Mabel is one of the surgical technicians. It is the expectation of every technician to scrub when in the unit at any given day. Mabel’s approach was an aggressive type towards her boss stating that she would not consider scrubbing in any orthopedic cases due to its physical stress. Mabel failed to understand her job description. Rosa, in her leadership role was very assertive.
